Now TV Settings
I set English (Chinese) as the default language during installation. Why does my Now TV show in Chinese (English)?
You can have separate settings for your set top box and Now TV user profile.
For your set top box language settings:
“Home” > “Settings” > “Android TV Settings” > “Device Preferences” > “Language”
For your Now TV user profile language settings:
“Home” > “Settings” > “User Settings” > “Language”
Why does the mini guide appear every time when switching channels? Can I disable this function?
In order to let customers know more about the program details, the mini guide will show up when channels are switched. If you wish to disable this function, please turn it off from “Home” > “Settings” > “TV Settings” > “Mini Guide Settings”.
Android TV Settings
Why is the screen saver activated?
The screen saver is turned ON by default. It will activate automatically when your TV is idle on the Home Screen or Menus for 15 minutes. Press any key from your remote control to dismiss and get back to your last screen.
To change the settings of the Screen saver, simply go to “Home” > “Settings” > “Android TV Box Settings” > “Device Preferences” > “Screensaver”
Can Now H1 connect to Bluetooth?
Yes. You can pair game consoles, keyboards, speakers, or sound bars and any kind of Bluetooth-compatible devices to the Now H1 box.
If you experience sound issues from some Bluetooth audio devices without volume control buttons, you are strongly recommended to connect the Bluetooth device directly to your TV.
