Terms and Conditions of “Now TV Ultimate Sports and Entertainment Bundle x Netflix” and “Now TV Entertainment Pack x Netflix”
1. “Now TV Ultimate Sports and Entertainment Bundle x Netflix” at a monthly subscription fee of HK$398 (with Netflix Standard Plan) or HK$418 (with Netflix Premium Plan), respectively, is applicable to new or existing Now TV customers. A 24- or 36-month commitment period is required for a subscription to this service plan. “Ultimate Sports and Entertainment Bundle” includes the Super Sports Pack Plus and the Now Signature Pack. This service plan also includes a Netflix subscription (standard or premium) for the commitment period that you have subscribed for. 2. “Now TV Entertainment Pack x Netflix” at a monthly subscription fee of HK$248 (with Netflix Standard Plan) or HK$268 (with Netflix Premium Plan), respectively, is applicable to new or existing Now TV customers. A 24- or 36-month commitment period is required for a subscription to this service plan. “Now TV Entertainment Pack” includes On Demand - Now Studio and Now Signature Pack. For further details of On Demand – Now Studio and Now Signature Pack, respectively, please refer to https://www.nowtv.now.com/package/now-studio/ and https://www.nowtv.now.com/combo-pack/now-signature-pack/. This service plan also includes a Netflix subscription (standard or premium) for the commitment period that you have subscribed for. Please refer to https://help.netflix.com/for further details about your Netflix subscription.
3. “Now TV Ultimate Sports and Entertainment Bundle x Netflix” and “Now TV Entertainment Pack x Netflix” service plans are respectively available either under a “with a Set-Top Box” version or a “without a Set-Top Box” version of such service plans. Each of these above-mentioned service plans are separately referred to as “Now TV x Netflix Service Plan” and collectively referred to as “Now TV x Netflix Service Plans”.
4. A Now TV x Netflix Service Plan with Netflix Standard Plan allows a customer to watch Netflix content on up to two (2) supported devices at a time in up to full HD quality through the Netflix platform and also via a Now TV Set-Top Box on Channel 535 (for with a Set-Top Box plan) . A Now TV x Netflix Service Plan with Netflix Premium Plan allows a customer to watch Netflix content on up to four (4) supported devices at a time in up to ultra HD quality and/or with Netflix spatial audio through the Netflix platform, and also via a Now TV Set-Top Box on Channel 535 (for with a Set-Top Box plan). 5. Upon successful subscription and/or the completion of the relevant Now TV service installation, Now TV will send a SMS notification about Netflix service redemption to the customer’s registered mobile number on the effective date of the relevant service plan. To activate Netflix service, the customer is required to complete the activation process by entering the required information on the Netflix website through the designated activation link provided by Now TV. Customers may follow the instructions via SMS; customers may also complete the activation process on https://www.nowtv.now.com/nowtv-netflix. The commitment period of the relevant service plan will commence on the date on which the SMS is sent out, whether the customer has activated the Netflix service or not.
6. Any Now TV x Netflix Service Plan will be billed through your Now TV monthly bill.
7. If a new Now TV customer subscribes to any Now TV x Netflix Service Plan under a “with a Set-Top Box” version, its subscription fee is inclusive of a Now TV Set-Top Box HD/4K Connection and Set-Top Box Rental service fee.
8. If a customer terminates a Now TV x Netflix Service Plan before the expiry of the designated commitment period, the customer must pay us an early termination fee, which is the total monthly fees for the remaining months of the commitment period of the subscription.
9. After the commitment period of a Now TV x Netflix Service Plan ends, Now TV x Netflix Service Plan will continue to provide to the customer at the same monthly fee until the customer provides Now TV with a valid thirty (30)-day (or where applicable, such other applicable period as required in the relevant Now TV X Netflix Service Plan’s contract/application form) prior notice to terminate the subscription of the service plan.
10. Any termination of Now TV x Netflix Service Plan will also terminate the Netflix subscription under such service plan (however, Section 4 of “Netflix Terms and Conditions” below may apply).
11. Customers (with a Set-Top Box) may enjoy Now TV services through a Now TV Set-Top Box (as applicable), Now TV app (including “Now TV App on mobile or Smart TV) and Now TV website. Customer must provide a mobile number for the purposes of creating and/or logging into the customer’s Now ID account in order to watch Now TV program content. All program content and matches are subject to cancellation and/or suspension by the rights holders and/or event organizers. Dates and times of all program content, matches and events may be subject to change from time to time. For all services plan and offer details, please inquire with Now TV sales representatives. Provision of the Now TV services and the Now TV x Netflix Service Plan are subject to Now TV Things to know before you buy, Now TV Terms and Conditions, Now TV App/Website Terms and Conditions, Now TV Service Guide and Now TV Contract/Application Form. 12.Customers who have subscribed to the “with a Set-Top Box” version of the Now TV x Netflix Service Plan may access the Netflix service via Channel 535 on a designated Now TV Set-Top Box (including the following Now TV Set-Top Boxes: H1, Now One, 6950 and 6845) (as applicable). All customers who have subscribed to a Now TV X Netflix Service Plan may access Netflix service via the Netflix website (www.netflix.com) or the Netflix app upon successful activation of the streaming service under the Now TV x Netflix Service Plan. For a new customer subscribes to any Now TV x Netflix Service Plan under a “with a Now TV Set-Top Box” version, we will provide one of the above-mentioned models of Now TV Set-Top Boxes that is compatible with Netflix at our sole discretion (unless otherwise specified). If an Now TV existing customer has a Now TV Set-Top Box that is not compatible to watch Netflix content on Channel 535 and has subscribed to a Netflix Service Plan, , such a customer may contact Now TV customer service and exchange the compatible Now TV Set-Top Box with the existing one, and in such a case,there will be no extra installation charges and services fees.
13. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
14. Now TV reserves the right to change or terminate any Now TV x Netflix Service Plans and amend all related terms and conditions at any time without further notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of Now TV shall be final.
15. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
Netflix Terms & Conditions:
1. The Netflix service is provided to a customer by Netflix Pte. Ltd. (“Netflix”) under the Netflix Terms of Use, which a customer must accept in order to use the service of Netflix. . For more details of Netflix Terms of Use, please refer to https://help.netflix.com/legal/termsofuse.
2. In order to enjoy the Netflix service as part of Now TV x Netflix Service Plan, a customer will need to complete the Netflix activation process (instructions will be provided separately via SMS from Now TV).
3. If a customer has an existing Netflix service account, a customer can link it to Now TV x Netflix Service Plan when a customer completes the Netflix activation process. A customer will continue to be charged separately for any existing Netflix service account until a customer links that account to Now TV x Netflix Service Plan. For any queries regarding your billing with Netflix for your existing Netflix service account, please contact Netflix directly.
4. Cancellation of Netflix as part of Now TV x Netflix Service Plan will not automatically cancel any pre-existing linked Netflix service account and Netflix will automatically resume charging any existing method of payment of yours that Netflix has on file.
