Terms & Conditions

1. By participating in 【Now TV x FIFA World Cup 2026 Vote for the golden goals. Join the challenge and win the prize!】(the “Campaign”), you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (including the Personal Data Collection Statement contained herein).

2. Now TV Limited (the “Organiser”), Hyundai Hong Kong Company Limited (a member of Zung Fu Group) & adidas Hong Kong Limited (“Prize Sponsor”), their respective affiliates, associated companies, employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.

Eligibility

3. Participants must be Hong Kong residents aged 18 or above and hold a valid Hong Kong Identity Card or a valid travel document issued by the Hong Kong S.A.R. (“Eligible Participant”). The Organiser reserves the right to request proof of eligibility when verifying Eligible Participants. Failure to provide the required documents in a timely manner will be deemed as waiver of participation.

Campaign Overview

4. The Campaign consists of two parts:

a. Submission Period: Eligible Participants must submit their entries (as set out under the “Submission Requirements” section below) between 18:00 on 15 May 2026 and 00:00 on 27 May 2026 (Hong Kong time) (the “Submission Period”). The time recorded by the Organiser shall be final and conclusive; and

b. Mall event: To be held on 6 June 2026. Details will be further communicated.

Submission Requirements

5. To enter, each Eligible Participant must complete the following steps during the Submission Period:

a) Comply with the requirements as stated in “Eligibility” section;

b) Visit the designated Now TV Website (at: https://www.nowtv.now.com/page/fwc26-goldengoals) (the “Designated Now TV Website”) to enter your Submissions in accordance with paragraph 6 below during the Submission Period; and

c) Read, agree to, and comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Each Eligible Participant may enter only once.

6. Each Eligible Participant must submit the following (the “Submissions”) during the Submission Period:

a) Your votes for Champion, First Runner-up, and Second Runner-up from the selection of 50 iconic Golden Goals featured in Now TV’s “World Cup Golden Goals Through the Years” videos; and

b) Your unique insights and analysis supporting your choices (no word count requirements).

Failure to provide all required elements will render the submission invalid.

Participants may not edit or revise the Submissions after submission.

30 Most Insightful Fans

7. The results of the top-voted Golden Goals (i.e. Champion, First Runner-up and Second Runner-up) will be publicly announced on the Designated Now TV Website on or before 18:00 on 27 May 2026.

8. The Organiser will select the 30 best Submissions (the “30 Most Insightful Fans”) based on participants’ football knowledge, insights and analysis of the top-voted Golden Goals in the correct order (i.e. Champion, First Runner-up, Second Runner-up) with selection based on football knowledge and analysis provided in the Submissions. The 30 Most Insightful Fans will be invited to attend the shopping mall event. The Organiser reserves the final and binding decision.

9. The 30 Most Insightful Fans will receive an invitation from the Organiser via email or SMS on or before 00:00 on 30 May 2026, containing the following two items:

a) Invitation with an RSVP form;

b) Participation details for the shopping mall event (including venue, date and time).

The participation details will be sent to the email address or mobile number provided in the registration form. If a participant has not provided the relevant contact information, they may not receive the notification and their right to participate in the shopping mall event will be forfeited. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss caused by any delay or failure in sending the invitation.

10. The 30 Most Insightful Fans must confirm their attendance, submit their name, contact number or email, via the provided form by the specified deadline; failure to do so will result in automatic forfeiture of their invitation.

Mall event

11. The 30 Most Insightful Fans attending the shopping mall event in Hong Kong on 6 June 2026 will be entitled to one Now TV’s FIFA World Cup 2026TM Event Pass (without set-top box) (the “Event Pass”) (value: HK$980).

12. The 30 Most Insightful Fans will then compete in designated skill-based activities using their skills for the following prizes:

  • Now TV’s “Super Sports Plus & Asia Signature Combo” 12-mth pass (without set-top box) (value: HK$4,656) &

a. Hyundai Hong Kong Company Limited (a member of Zung Fu Group) reserves the right of final decision on the use of this discount voucher.

b. Hyundai Hong Kong Company Limited (a member of Zung Fu Group) may amend or withdraw these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of dispute relating to discount voucher, the decision of Hyundai Hong Kong Company Limited (a member of Zung Fu Group) shall be final.

c. The discount voucher must be presented and collected at the time of purchase.

d. This discount voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and will not be reissued in the event of loss, expiry, or damage.

e. The discount voucher is valid until 31 December 2026.

# Terms and conditions of the FIFA World Cup 26™ Home Fan Jersey

The FIFA World Cup 2026™ Home Fan Jersey will be available in three national team versions: Argentina, Spain, and Germany. Prizes will be distributed randomly.

13. Qualifying fans attending the shopping mall event on 6 June 2026 will participate in designated activities. The 4th to 10th place participants will each receive a consolation prize:

General

1. Any late, lost, incomplete or invalid entries or Submissions will be automatically disqualified. The Organiser and/or its affiliates shall not be responsible or held liable for any loss or damage arising from such disqualification. Furthermore, the Organiser and/or its affiliates shall not be liable for any failure, delay, system or technical issues or any other issues that may prevent Eligible Participants from submitting their entries within the Submission Period.

2. The Organiser will verify the identity and eligibility of the participants. If a participant is found to be ineligible, has provided incorrect personal information, or failed to comply with the requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions, their submission and participation will be deemed invalid. In addition, if a participant does not complete and return the RSVP form as required or fails to attend the shopping mall event, the prize or Event Pass will be forfeited without further notice. All prizes and Event Pass are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash or other prizes and will not be re-issued. The Organiser and Prize Sponsor will not replace or re-issue any lost, damaged or stolen prizes or Event Pass. The Organiser shall not be responsible for the supply or any matters relating to the prizes or Event Pass.

3. The Organiser reserves the right to remove any inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, false or illegal submission and to disqualify the relevant participant without notice. The Organiser also reserves the right to claim compensation from the relevant person for any losses or damages suffered by the Organiser, its affiliates, associated companies or business partners.

4. In any event, all prizes and Event Pass are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products, gifts or services. The Organiser reserves the right to replace any prize or Event Pass with one of equal or higher value. Participants shall not claim against the Organiser for such replacement. The Organiser and Prize Sponsor will not replace or re-issue any lost, damaged or stolen prizes or Event Pass. The Organiser and Prize Sponsor reserve the final right to change the prizes or Event Pass.

5. Participation in the Campaign constitutes the Eligible Participant’s consent to the Organiser’s use of his/her personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Collection Statement below.

6. The Organiser shall not be liable for any cancellation, postponement or any other changes to the Campaign for any reason.

7. Any intentional interference with or disruption of any legitimate process of the Campaign will be deemed illegal, and the Organiser reserves the right to claim damages from the Eligible Participant or relevant person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. The prizes for the Campaign are arranged and supplied by either the Organiser or the Prize Sponsor. The Organiser is not the manufacturer or supplier of any prizes provided by the Prize Sponsor. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser, its affiliates, including their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Above-mentioned Parties”) shall not be liable for any claims, losses or damages arising from or in connection with your participation in the Campaign, the use and/or enjoyment of the prizes or Event Pass, or the inability to use or enjoy the prizes or Event Pass. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser makes no representation or warranty as to the quality, fitness for purpose, or merchantability of any prize (or any parts thereof) or Event Passes. Participation in the Campaign or acceptance of any prize or Event Pass constitutes a full and final release of the Above-mentioned Parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and/or damages of any kind (whether known or unknown) arising out of or in connection with (i) the Campaign; (ii) any loss, theft or damage from using or enjoying the prizes or Event Passes; or (iii) any tax liability arising from or in connection with the Campaign, the prizes/Event Passes, or the use or enjoyment of the prizes/Event Passes. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any obligation or liability arising from or in connection with any prize, goods, services or gifts provided or delivered by the Prize Sponsor. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser shall not be responsible for the supply or any matters relating to the prizes/Event Passes.

9. To the fullest extent permitted by law, whether based on contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or any other legal theory, and whether or not the Eligible Participant has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage, the Organiser and its affiliates shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages (including loss of use, data, business or profits) arising from or in connection with your participation in the Campaign. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Organiser’s and/or its affiliates’ total liability (if any) arising from the Campaign or any matter hereunder shall in no event exceed HK$100.

10. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Designated Now TV Website and shall take effect immediately upon posting. The Organiser also reserves the right to apply any such changes retrospectively to any part of the Campaign that has already commenced.

11. The Organiser reserves the right to suspend and/or cancel the Campaign (or any part thereof) for any reason, including technical reasons. In such event, the Campaign (or the relevant part) shall be deemed terminated and no prizes will be awarded.

12. All matters and disputes relating to the Campaign, the prizes or Event Passes shall be subject to the final decision of the Organiser.

13. These Terms and Conditions and the Campaign are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”), and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

14. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Personal Data Collection Statement

This Personal Data Collection Statement (“Statement”) is issued by Now TV Limited (“the Company”) and applies to the Company and participants (“you” or “Participant”) in the 【Now TV x FIFA World Cup 2026 Vote for the golden goals. Join the challenge and win the prize!】 Campaign (“the Campaign”) held on our campaign page from 18:00 on 11 May 2026 to 00:00 on 27 May 2026 (Hong Kong time).

This Statement should be read in conjunction with the Campaign’s Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) set out above, and is fully incorporated into the HKT Privacy Statement, which contains details on the collection, compilation, retention, use, disclosure and handling of your personal data, as well as further information relating to the Campaign and/or services.

For the avoidance of doubt, in respect of all personal data matters, this Statement shall prevail over the Terms and Conditions and any Microsoft privacy statement that appears in connection with the Microsoft form (where applicable) you submit to participate in the Campaign. This Statement does not affect the validity or effect of any prior personal data collection statements you have provided to the Company or any consent you have given in relation to your personal data (where applicable).

Types of Personal Data Collected and Purposes of Use

1. You are required to provide the following information on the Company’s registration form on the webpage (“Registration Form”): your full name (in Chinese and/or English), contact email address and telephone number, for the following purposes (collectively, the “Purposes”)Registration, management, operation, communication, handling of enquiries/complaints, identity verification, attendance records, feedback and customer opinion collection, and any follow-up matters related to the Campaign (including, where applicable, sending you photographs and/or videos taken during or in connection with the Campaign);

2. After completion of registration, allowing you to access and manage your registration information (including updating your personal information);

3. Transferring the personal data you provide in the Registration Form to the Company for further processing and fulfilment of the Purposes;

4. Improving the Campaign, the Registration Form and/or the Purposes;

5. With your consent, conducting direct marketing as detailed in the “Direct Marketing” section of the HKT Privacy Statement;

6. Any other purposes directly related to the above.

If you do not voluntarily provide the personal data requested above, we may not be able to achieve the Purposes.

Persons to Whom We May Disclose Your Personal Data

Your personal data may be used, stored and/or disclosed by the Company, its agents, licensees, suppliers, business partners and/or relevant regulatory or governmental authorities (at all times within the scope permitted by applicable laws, rules, regulations and licences) for the Purposes stated above, including administrative and service processing related to the Campaign.

Direct Marketing

With your consent, we may use your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including (without limiting the generality of the “Direct Marketing” section in the HKT Privacy Statement) sending you notices and/or updates about gifts, discounts, privileged offers, benefits and promotions relating to offers and/or services and other products and/or services provided by us, members of the HKT Group and/or our service providers (as defined in the HKT Privacy Statement), including but not limited to: TV, telecommunications, OTT services, content services, mobile voice, SMS and data communications, IDD/international roaming, internet connectivity, cloud services, electronic/mobile payment, entertainment, secretarial services, personal assistant services and information services (such as weather, finance and news information), device accessories, mobile applications and software, computer peripherals, accessories and software (including notebooks, handsets, mobile devices and accessories, keyboards, security installations and mobile applications), reward, loyalty or privilege programmes, lifestyle, networking events, travelling, banking, alcohol, sports, music, gaming, transportation, household products, food and beverages, finance, insurance, asset and wealth management services and products, pensions, investments, brokering, financial advisory, credit and other financial services and products, education, health and wellness, beauty products and services, fashion and accessories, electronics, social networking, technology, e-commerce, digital assets and related products and services, logistics, retail, home and décor, media and high-end consumer products and services (collectively, the “Marketing Subjects”).

With your consent, we may also use or provide your personal data to our affiliates and HKT marketing partners (see below) so that they may send you direct marketing communications relating to the Marketing Subjects via in-app messages and/or notifications and/or push notifications to your mobile device, postal mail, email, telephone, SMS and/or other media now known or hereafter developed.

“HKT Marketing Partners” include providers of TV, telecommunications, OTT services, content services, mobile voice, SMS and data communications, IDD/international roaming, internet connectivity, cloud services, electronic/mobile payment, entertainment, secretarial services, personal assistant services and information services, device accessories, mobile applications and software, computer peripherals, accessories and software, reward, loyalty or privilege programmes, lifestyle, networking events, travelling, banking, alcohol, sports, music, gaming, transportation, household products, food and beverages, finance, insurance, asset and wealth management services and products, pensions, investments, brokering, financial advisory, credit and other financial services and products, education, health and wellness, beauty products and services, fashion and accessories, electronics, social networking, technology, e-commerce, digital assets and related products and services, logistics, retail, home and décor, media and high-end consumer products and services.

As we may share personal data with our affiliates and/or HKT marketing partners, we may also receive personal data from them. With your consent given to our affiliates and/or HKT marketing partners, they may also use such personal data to send you direct marketing communications relating to the Marketing Subjects.

Unless you consent, we will not use or provide your personal data for direct marketing purposes, and/or provide your personal data to any third party (whether affiliates or HKT marketing partners) for their direct marketing purposes. Even if you have given consent, you may at any time opt out from direct marketing (or request us to stop providing your personal data to third parties, in which case we will stop immediately) free of charge by writing to the Data Protection Officer of HKT Limited at: P.O. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct or enquire about the personal data held by the Company in relation to your participation in the Campaign. Inconsistency or Conflict

In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of this Personal Data Collection Statement, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Nothing in this Statement limits any rights you may have under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

Others

This Statement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
