In Handico, Will answers children’s questions in a simple and fun way, explaining the most common disabilities, both visible and invisible. He clarifies the diseases’ causes and their consequences in everyday life. What is asthma, hemophilia or depression? So many words that children can be confronted with, because their relatives or themselves suffer from it, without really understanding what it means... The basics of season 1 are back: each episode begins with a daily situation featuring Will and interrupted by a child’s question. We then enter a creative and poetic world where objects and characters come to life, animated in stop motion with Handy’s complicity, and narrated by Will’s voice-over. The visual universe is specific and adapted to each pathology, which allows to have a collection of films, all different.
