1. Customers may subscribe to the 3-pack Soccer Combo 12-Month Pass (without a Set-Top Tox) at HK$2,880 (average HK$240 per month) or Super Sports & Entertainment Combo 12-Month Pass (without a Set-Top Box) at HK$4,656 (average HK$388 per month) ( the “Pass”) through the Now TV website (https://www.nowtv.now.com/get-started). 3-pack Soccer Combo includes Soccer Pack, Now Sports Premier League TV and MUTV. Super Sports & Entertainment Combo includes Super Sports Pack Plus, Now Signature Pack and STEM Learning Pack. The Offer is only available to new or existing Now TV customers who newly subscribe to the Pass through the Now TV website (https://www.nowtv.now.com/get-started). Upon successful subscription, the Pass will be effective immediately and will remain valid until 23:59:59 on the same calendar day twelve (12) calendar months from the effective date (“Validity Period”). After the Validity Period, the subscription to the Pass will be automatically renewed on a twelve (12)-month basis recurringly unless a valid and timely termination request has been submitted according to clause 4 below.
2. The Offer is only applicable for subscribing to the Pass through Now TV website (https://www.nowtv.now.com/get-started). The Pass is not applicable to use with a Now TV Set-Top Box. 3. Each Now TV customer (determine per a unique Now ID) can only enjoy the Offer once.
4. Unless Now TV receives a valid termination request from you forty-eight (48) hours before the expiry of your subscription to the Pass, your subscription to the Pass will be automatically renewed according to the prevailing rate charges rate published from time to time on our Now TV App and Now TV websites. The termination request must be submitted by clicking “Cancel Renewal” via https://www.nowtv.now.com/subscription-details forty-eight (48) hours before the expiry of your subscription to the Pass. 5. Now TV will broadcast all Premier League matches in Hong Kong exclusively on pay TV for the seasons of 2025/26 to 2027/28. Designated matches of 2025/26 season will be delivered in 4K. Now TV will also broadcast LALIGA EA SPORTS matches in Hong Kong on pay TV for the 2025/2026 season. Please note that Now TV cannot guarantee live broadcast of all matches of each LALIGA EA SPORTS season. All program content and matches are subject to cancellation and/or suspension by the rights holders and/or event organisers. The dates and times of all aforementioned matches and sporting events may be subject to change from time to time, please refer to official announcements by the rights holders and event organizers for the latest information.
6. Please note Now TV Limited cannot guarantee the continued availability of the channels, program and services on the Now TV services for the entire duration of your Pass subscription and it shall not be liable for any failure, unavailability or delay in the broadcast, of any content, channels and/or programs.
7. The Pass cannot be exchanged for cash, refund, returned, exchange or resold.
8. To access the Now TV services and the Pass by using the Now Apps (Now TV App on compatible mobile devices and/or specific smart televisions) and the Now TV Website on compatible computer operating systems, browsers and applications, you must have a Now ID. Customer may create a Now ID by providing a Hong Kong mobile number and by following the instructions on the Now TV App or the Now TV Website. If (a) a customer has an existing Now ID and would like to subscribe the Pass under the existing Now ID, such a customer must log-in with the existing Now ID prior to subscribing the Pass ; or, provided that such Now ID did not register or connected with any Now TV services with a Set-Top Box; (b) a customer has a mobile number registered for Netvigator, csl, 1O1O and/or Club Sim services and would like to use the Pass under the same mobile number, the customer must create or otherwise log-in to his/her Now ID using the same mobile number that registered for such services, and are subject to the restrictions stated in clauses 2 and 9 hereunder.
9. The Pass may only be used in Hong Kong S.A.R. and for private purposes. It is strictly prohibited to and a material violation of these terms and conditions if any person accesses, uses or watches the content of the Pass outside Hong Kong S.A.R. or for non-private/commercial purposes.
10. The Pass cannot be exchanged for cash, returned, or resold, and will not be replaced if damaged.
11. Your use of the Pass and the Now TV services, respectively, are subject to your acceptance of the relevant terms and conditions. 12. Now TV is provided by Now TV Limited and is available in designated areas only. Now TV is a registered trademark of the HKT Group. Now TV Limited reserves the right to cancel the Pass and amend these Terms and Conditions, the Now TV Terms and Conditions, Now TV App/Website Terms and Conditions, Now TV Service Guide, and Now TV Contract/Now TV Application Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Now TV Limited shall be final.
13. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
