Terms and Conditions – Redemption of Now Golf Pack 12-month pass (without a Now TV Set-Top Box) HKD360 Discount Code:

1. Limited time offer from 15 May 2025 until 20 May 2025 (“Promotional Period”). Under this offer, customers can subscribe to Now Golf Pack 12-month pass (without a Now TV Set-Top Box) (“Pass”) through the designated Now TV website (https://www.nowtv.now.com/site/golf-630?lang=zh) during the Promotional Period can receive an instant HKD360 discount (“Offer”) by entering the designated promo code (“Code”) during the subscription process. The Offer is available to new or existing customers who subscribe to the Pass through Now TV’s designated website only. The Code is neither applicable to a customer with a Now ID that has registered and connected with any Now TV services with a Now TV Set-Top Box nor a customer with a Now ID that is currently subscribing to Now Golf Pack.
2. The Code is applicable for  subscribing  to a  Now TV Now Golf Pack 12-month pass (without a Now TV Set-Top box) through designated Now TV website.
3. The Code is valid on or before 20 May 2025 23:59:59 for redeeming the Pass, failing which the Code will expire. Now TV Limited shall not be liable for invalidation or loss of any Code; to enjoy the Offer, the Code must be entered before completing the subscription. Each Now ID can only enjoy the Offer once only.
4. Unless Now TV receives a valid termination request from you forty-eight (48) hours before the expiry of your subscription, the subscription to the Pass will be automatically renewed on a 12-month basis recurrently according to the prevailing rate charges rate published from time to time on our Now TV App and Now TV websites. The termination request must be submitted by clicking “Cancel Renewal” via https://www.nowtv.now.com/subscription-details forty-eight (48) hours before the expiry of your Pass or each billing cycle of the current subscription. Upon the end of the subscription to the Pass for any reason, we will not be providing any refund of any amount prepaid by you in advance.
5. To access the Now TV services and the Pass by using the Now TV Apps (Now TV App on compatible mobile devices and/or specific smart televisions) and the Now TV Website on compatible computer operating systems, browsers and applications, you must have a Now ID. Customer may create a Now ID by providing a Hong Kong mobile number or email address and by following the instructions on the Now TV App or the Now TV Website. If (a)　a customer has an existing Now ID and would like to use the Pass under the existing Now ID, such a customer must log-in with the existing Now ID prior to redeeming the Pass by using the Code, provided that such Now ID did not register with any Now TV services with a Now TV Set-Top Box; or (b) a customer has a mobile number registered for Netvigator, csl, 1O1O and/or Club Sim services and would like to use the Pass under the same mobile number, the customer must create or otherwise log-in to his/her Now ID using the same mobile number that registered for such services, and are subject to the restrictions stated in clauses 1 and 6.
6. Now Golf Pack 12-month pass (without a Now TV Set-Top Box) is not applicable for use with a Now TV Set-Top Box.

Any Capitalized terms hereunder shall have the same meaning as it given such terms in the above terms and conditions of  the Offer.

1. All matches, programs and content are subject to cancellation and/or suspension by the by the rights holders and/or event organisers. Dates and times of all matches, programs and events may be subject to change from time to time, so please refer to official announcements by the rights holders and organiser for the latest information. Please note that Now TV Limited cannot guarantee the continued availability of the content, channels, programs, and/or services on the Now TV services for the entire duration of your Pass or Service Plan subscription; the channel line-up and programming on the Now TV Services, and hours of broadcast of any channel or program are subject to change from time to time. Now TV Limited shall not be liable for any failure, unavailability or delay in the broadcast, of any content, of any channels and/or programs.
2. Once purchased, subscribed, redeemed, or otherwise used, there will be no refund or change for any Code, Pass, Service Plan or any other Now TV packs/service plans.
3. The Code, Pass and Service Plan or any other Now TV packs/service plans may only be used in Hong Kong S.A.R. and for private purposes. It is strictly prohibited to and a material violation of these terms and conditions if any person accesses, uses or watches the content of the Pass outside Hong Kong S.A.R. or for non-private/commercial purposes.
4. Once purchased, subscribed, or otherwise used, there will be no refund or change for any Code, Pass, Service Plan or any other Now TV packs/service plans.
5. The Offer, Pass and Service Plan are subject to Terms & Conditions of the respective offer, this terms and conditions hereunder, Now TV Things to know before you buy, Now TV Terms and Conditions, Now TV App/Website Terms and Conditions, Now TV Service Guide and Now TV Contract/Application Form. The Offer, Code, Pass, Service Plan and all the above mentioned terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong S.A.R.

Now TV reserves the right to cancel the Offer, Code, Pass and Service Plan and amend these Terms and Conditions, the Now TV Terms and Conditions, Now TV App/Website Terms and Conditions, Now TV Service Guide, Terms and Conditions and Now TV Contract/Now TV Application Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Now TV shall be final.
7. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of this terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
