Terms and Conditions of Now TV Early Bird Offer

1. The Now TV early bird offer is valid from 26 May 2025 to 31 July 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
2. The Offer is applicable to customers who subscribe to 3-pack Soccer & Entertainment Combo 12-month Pass (without Set-Top Tox) or Super Sports and Entertainment Combo 12-month Pass (without set-top box) (the “Pass”) through the Now TV website (https://www.nowtv.now.com/get-started) or designated sales channel during the Promotion Period (the “Offer”). 3-pack Soccer & Entertainment Combo 12-month Pass (without Set-Top Box) includes Soccer Pack, Now Sports Premier League TV, MUTV, On Demand- Now Studio and Chinese Entertainment Pack. Super Sports & Entertainment Combo 12-month Pass (without Set-Top Box) includes Now Signature Pack, STEM Learning Pack and Super Sports Pack Plus. This offer is only available to new or existing customers who subscribe their pass through the Now TV website. The use and applicability of this Offer and Pass are subject to clause 10.
3. Customers who successfully subscribe to 3-pack Soccer & Entertainment Combo 12-month Pass (without Set-Top Box) can enjoy 12-month On Demand- Now Studio (without Set-Top Box) and 12-month Chinese Entertainment Pack (without Set-Top Box) for free.
4. The Offer is only applicable for subscribing the Pass through Now TV website and are not applicable to use with a Now TV Set-Top Box.
5. Each Now TV customer can only enjoy this offer once.
6. Unless Now TV receives a valid termination request from you 48 hours before the expiry of your subscription, the subscription to the Pass will be automatically renewed according to the prevailing rate charges rate published from time to time on our Now TV App and Now TV websites. The termination request must be submitted by clicking “Cancel Renewal” via https://www.nowtv.now.com/subscription-details 48 hours before the expiry of your Pass or each billing cycle of the current subscription.
7. Now TV will broadcast all Premier League matches in Hong Kong exclusively on pay TV for the seasons of 2024/25 to 2027/28. Designated matches will be delivered in 4K per season. Customers are required to subscribe SD/HD/4K Connection and Now TV Set-Top Box Rental Fee together in order to view the 4K version of the channels (including matches in 4K resolution). Now TV will also broadcast LALIGA EA SPORTS matches in Hong Kong on pay TV for the coming two seasons, from 2024/2025 to 2025/2026. Please note that Now TV cannot guarantee live broadcast of all matches of each LALIGA EA SPORTS seasons. UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Europa Conference League, Bundesliga, Formula One, Australian Open and Roland Garros are provided by beIN SPORTS. All program content and matches are subject to cancellation and/or suspension by the rights holders and/or event organizers. The dates and times of all aforementioned matches and sporting events may be subject to change from time to time, please refer to official announcements by the rights holders and event organizers for the latest information.

Please note Now TV Limited cannot guarantee the continued availability of the channels, programme and services on the Now TV services for the entire duration of your Pass subscription and it shall not be liable for any failure, unavailability or delay in the broadcast, of any content, channels and/or programmes.
9. The Code and the Pass, respectively, cannot be exchanged for cash, returned, or resold; and will not be replaced if damaged.
10. To access the Now TV services and the Pass by using the Now Apps (Now TV App on compatible mobile devices and/or specific smart televisions) and the Now TV Website on compatible computer operating systems, browsers and applications, you must have a Now ID. Customer may create a Now ID by providing a Hong Kong mobile number and by following the instructions on the Now TV App or the Now TV Website. If a customer has an existing Now ID and would like to subscribe the Pass under the existing Now ID, such a customer must log-in with the existing Now ID prior to subscribing the Pass by using the Code, provided that such Now ID (i) did not register with any Now TV services with a Set-Top Box and (ii) no existing subscription for the same pass. If a customer has a mobile number registered for Netvigator, csl, 1O1O and/or Club Sim services and would like to use the Pass under the same mobile number, the customer must create or otherwise log-in to his/her Now ID using the same mobile number that registered for such services.
11. The Pass may only be used in Hong Kong S.A.R. and for private purposes. It is strictly prohibited to and a material violation of these terms and conditions if any person accesses, uses or watches the content of the Pass outside Hong Kong S.A.R. or for non-private/commercial purposes.
12. Your use of the Code, the Pass and the Now TV services, respectively, are subject to your acceptance of the relevant terms and conditions. The Pass and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong S.A.R.
13. Now TV is provided by Now TV Limited and is available in designated areas only. Now TV is a registered trademark of the HKT Group. Now TV Limited reserves the right to cancel the Event Pass and amend these Terms and Conditions, the Now TV Terms and Conditions, Now TV App/Website Terms and Conditions, Now TV Service Guide, Terms and Conditions – Now TV Activation Codes and Now TV Pass (without Set-Top Box), and Now TV Contract/Now TV Application Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Now TV Limited shall be final.
14. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
