On Demand – Snapask provides junior-form curricula and a number of compulsory and elective subjects for senior-form teaching programmes.

Snapask provides teaching programmes in Chinese (F.1-F.3), English (F.1-F.3), F.1 Maths, F.2 Maths and F.3 Maths for junior -form students. Distinguished tutors lead the programmes, each of which addresses a specific topic with clear learning objectives. Electronic notes and a question pack are available to facilitate individual tutor-student interaction. The programmes are practical, easy to digest and extremely convenient.

The DSE intensive pack – core/ core & elective subjects teaching programmes are designated for senior forms. All courses are tailor-made by professional tutors who are experienced in the DSE curriculum, for students who want to avoid common mistakes, master exam skills and get a better grade in a short time. Electronic notes are provided in the courses to ensure students overcome their doubts, grasp concepts with ease and are well-prepared for the public examinations. Question Packs are also available to facilitate individual tutor-student interaction. The programmes are practical, easy to digest and extremely convenient.

The design of Snapask’s Chinese (F.1-F.3) and English (F.1-F.3) courses are language-competency-based and cover language knowledge, vocabulary, grammar, and types of articles that junior students in Secondary 1 to 3 need to learn. The mathematics curriculum, on the other hand, is topic-based on the Teaching progress of general schools.

• Regular courses run from September to June – 4 lessons per month – and are updated once a week. Customers can watch the tutorial videos at any time from the launch of the service. All tutorial videos will be removed from the shelves on August 31 every year
• July-August is a summer course – 4 lessons per month – and is updated once a week. Selected summer tutorial videos will be removed after 12 months

Customers who have subscribed to a designated service plan can watch and replay the videos at any time on the Now TV platform or log in to the Now Player App with their Now ID.

• Electronic notes: You can log in to the Snapask App or its official website with your Now ID to download the electronic notes at any time
• Question Pack: Log in to the Snapask App or its official website with your Now ID and ask questions online 24 hours a day

On Demand – Snapask can be viewed on Now TV, the Now Player app and the website at the same time if your Now TV decoder is connected to your TV, Now Player and website.

Customers who have subscribed to a specific pack can watch the tutorial videos from the time the programmes are
launched at any time 24 hours a day on the Now TV platform or they can log in to the Now Player App with their
Now ID. They must use their Now ID to log in to the Snapask App or the Snapask official website to download
The electronic notes. The electronic notes must be downloaded within 90 days of the new tutorial videos appearing on air
and on On Demand – Snapask for junior – secondary, as they will be removed thereafter.

If you want to terminate the relevant service early, you need to pay an early termination charge equivalent to the total monthly charges for the period from the date of termination to the expiry of the commitment period.

At the end of a customer’s subscription, the Snapask Pack will continue to be provided at the same monthly charges, on a month-to-month basis until the customer ends his/her subscription by giving PCCW Media Limited at least 30 days’ advance written notice. Please note that if a customer terminates his/her subscription within the commitment period, he/she must pay an early termination charge equivalent to the total monthly charges for the period from the date of termination to the expiry of the commitment period.

Yes, Customers must use their Now ID to log in to the Snapask App or the Snapask official website to download electronic notes and access the Question Pack. Your Now ID will only be used to download electronic notes and access the Question Pack on Sthe napask App or the Snapask official website.
