What is the content of Now TV? How many channels are there?
Now TV offers a variety of local, Asian and international programs including news, financial news, movies, sports, children’s content and infotainment, plus Video On Demand libraries. Click here for the list of channels on Now TV.
Does your non-Chinese programming carry Chinese subtitles?
Most non-Chinese standard-definition programs (not channels) carry Chinese subtitles.
What will be the broadcasting language for the different channels?
Now TV provides channels in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Now TV also has foreign language channels including Japanese, Korean, French, and Hindu. They broadcast the latest local news and programs for viewers who care about daily news of their own country.
How to get Now TV
Who can subscribe to Now TV?
Anyone aged 18 years old or above whose residential address falls within Now TV coverage can subscribe to our service. There are also bundle offers that provide NETVIGATOR broadband and Now TV to customers in one package. If my address falls outside Now TV coverage, can I pre-register for when the service becomes available?

Can I register first before I confirm my address for installation?

If I am a non-NETVIGATOR broadband subscriber, can I still subscribe to Now TV?
Yes.
Can other members of my household use my existing broadband line for Now TV service?
NETVIGATOR broadband and Now TV service must be subscribed to by the same customer. Members of your family can subscribe to Now TV via a separate broadband line on the same premises.
Could I authorize someone to subscribe to Now TV pay channels and other services on my behalf?
We recommend registered users to apply for service directly. If you appoint another person to apply on your behalf, your authorized representative will need to be at least 18 years of age, have a direct relationship with you and be able to provide your personal particulars for verification upon request.
If I am a Business NETVIGATOR broadband subscriber, can I subscribe to Now TV?

Why do I need to have a set top box after subscribing to Now TV? And do I need to pay for it?
Set top box is needed to transform video signals into TV programming for your enjoyment. For any inquiries relating to special privileges, please call our sales hotline at 2888 0008 (then press 2).
I subscribe to service from another pay-TV operator and already have a set top box. Can I have Now TV service as well?
Yes, you could install Now TV alongside another operator’s service, with no interference between the two. We would provide you with a proprietary set top box for watching Now TV.
Could I install more than one Now TV service on my premises?

Can I subscribe to another service plan before my current plan expires?
Yes. You can subscribe to channels other than the ones under your current service plan. If you change to another service plan offering the same channels your current plan provides, you would have to pay the remaining amount stated on your current service plan contract.

Do I have to agree to a Now TV commitment period?
Most of Now TV plan have to be agreed a commitment period. As long as you subscribe for any monthly or term plan, the plan selected will be automatically rolled over to next month/term with a month free of charge in between upon expiry.
How the Commitment Period is calculated?
CURRENT PACK
A. Commencement Date falls on the 1st day of the Billing Cycle
In respect of customers who subscribe to Current Pack(s) and/or any Value Added Service(s); and the Commencement Date for such pack(s) or service(s) falls on the 1st day of the billing cycle, then the first and second months of the Commitment Period for such pack(s), are deemed to start from the Commencement Date and continues up to and including the next bill cut date (even if such period is less than 60 days); and the first month of the Commitment Period for such service(s), is deemed to start from the Commencement Date and continues up to and including the next bill cut date (even if such period is less than 30 days). The monthly subscription charges in respect of the first and second months for such pack(s) and the first month for such service(s) will be charged on a pro-rata basis. Thereafter the Commitment Period continues for the next 4, 10, 16, 22 or 28 calendar months for such pack(s), and 5, 11, 17, 23 or 29 calendar months for such service(s) (depending on whether the Commitment Period is for 6, 12, 18, 24 or 30 months respectively).
B. Commencement Date falls on the 2nd or subsequent day of the Billing Cycle
In respect of customers who subscribe to Current Pack(s) and/or any Value Added Service(s); and the Commencement Date for such pack(s) or service(s) falls on the 2nd or subsequent day of the billing cycle, then the first month of the Commitment Period for such pack(s) and/or service(s) is deemed to start from the Commencement Date and continues up to and including the next bill cut date (even if such period is less than 30 days) and the monthly subscription charges in respect of the first month will be charged on a pro-rata basis. Thereafter the Commitment Period continues for the next 5, 11, 17, 23 or 29 calendar months (depending on whether the Commitment Period is for 6, 12, 18, 24 or 30 months respectively).
Do I need to pay a Now TV installation fee? If so, how much?

I will move house soon and will install Now TV in the new location, will I be charged for relocation fee?

How do I terminate my Now TV service?

Do I need to pay a penalty if I terminate the plan before expiry?
If your subscription to the plan is terminated for whatever reason during the initial period or any successive renewal period, you shall pay us all accrued charges and an amount equivalent to the total monthly charges for the plan for the period from the date of termination to expiry of such initial period or any successive renewal period.
If I select the general service plan but then move house to an address outside Now TV coverage, will I be entitled to a refund?
If you can provide us with proof of your new address, we can help you terminate the plan without incurring an early-termination penalty, subject to the terms of the contract signed.
