1. Now TV Western Signature Pack Monthly Plan – with commitment period Special Offer for Designated Customers

This Now TV Western Signature Pack Monthly Plan with commitment period Special Offer (“Western Signature Pack Special Offer”) valid from 19 November 2024 to 1 January 2025. Western Signature Pack Special Offer is not applicable to direct online subscription via the Now TV Website.  Under this Western Signature Pack Special Offer, designated csl, 1O1O, Club Sim or Netvigator monthly service plan customers may subscribe to the Now TV Western Signature Pack (Max Standard)/ (Max Ultimate) service plan at discounted subscription fees (not inclusive of applicable Now TV Set-Top box rental charges) of (i) HK$78 per month (with Max (Standard) – stream on 2 devices at once)(list price: HK$128/month)* or  (ii) HK$98 per month (with Max (Ultimate) – stream on 4 devices at once)(list price: HK$148/month)*, with a designated commitment period, and further, if applicable, the Now TV Set-Top Box rental charges are HK$38 per month and an installation charges of HK$980 may also be applicable in addition to the rental charges.  Certain content of Max on demand service under the Now TV Western Signature Pack (Max Standard)/ (Max Ultimate) service plan is available on Max App only. The designated commitment period of this Western Signature Pack Special Offer is a 24/36-month commitment period. The services under this Western Signature Pack Special Offer starts from the commencement date specified in the Now TV Western Signature Pack (Max Standard)/ (Max Ultimate) service plan contract/terms and conditions of the relevant csl/1O1O, Club Sim or Netvigator (as applicable to your relevant subscription) monthly service plan. The monthly subscription fee of the Now TV Western Signature Pack (Max Standard)/ (Max Ultimate) service plan will be billed through a csl, 1O1O, Club Sim or Netvigator (as applicable to your relevant subscription) invoice. If you terminate the Now TV Western Signature Pack (Max Standard)/ (Max Ultimate) service plan before the expiry of the designated commitment period, you must pay us an early termination fee, which is the total monthly fees for the remaining months of the designated commitment period. After the designated commitment period ends, the Now TV Western Signature Pack (Max Standard)/ (Max Ultimate) service plan will continue to be provided to you at the prevailing monthly fee rate until the you provide csl, 1O1O, Club Sim or Netvigator (as applicable to your relevant subscription) with a 30 days prior notice (or other periods required by the relevant Now TV Western Signature Pack (Max Standard)/ (Max Ultimate) service plan contract of csl, 1O1O, Club Sim or Netvigator monthly service plan (if applicable) to cancel the subscription of the Now TV Western Signature Pack (Max Standard)/ (Max Ultimate) service plan. 2. Now TV Western Signature Pack (Max Standard)/ (Max Ultimate) Monthly Plan

This Now TV Western Signature Pack (Max Standard)/ (Max Ultimate) Monthly Plan (each and collectively “Western Signature Pack Monthly Plan”) is only available for subscription via the Now TV Website which is charged on an upfront basis. Western Signature Pack Monthly Plan is a month to month subscription plan to Now TV Western Signature Pack (Max Standard)* or Now TV Western Signature Pack (Max Ultimate)* service plan subscribed via Now TV. The monthly upfront subscription fees are, respectively, (i) HK$128 per month for Now TV Western Signature Pack (Max Standard) (with Max Standard – stream on 2 devices at once*) or (ii) HK$148 per month for Now TV Western Signature Pack (Max Ultimate) (with Max Ultimate – Stream on 4 devices at once*). Certain content of Max on demand service under the Now TV Western Signature Pack (Max Standard)/ (Max Ultimate) service plan is available on Max App only. The Western Signature Pack Monthly Plan will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis until we receive a timely and valid termination request from you; the termination request must be submitted 48 hours before the expiry of your current subscription. If you do not timely and validly submit a termination request (as described above), your subscription to the Western Signature Pack Monthly Plan will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis at the prevailing monthly rate on the day after the expiry of your current subscription. 3. Max (Standard)*/ Max (Ultimate)* Monthly Plan

This Max (Standard)*/ Max (Ultimate)* Monthly Plan (each and collectively “Max Monthly Plan”) is only available for subscription via the Now TV Website. Max Monthly Plan is a month to month subscription plan to Max (Standard)* or Max (Ultimate)* subscribed via Now TV. 4. Max (Standard)*/ Max (Ultimate)* 12-month Pass (without a Now TV Set-Top Box)

For the Max (Standard)*/ Max (Ultimate)* 12-month Pass (without a Now TV Set-Top Box) (“Max 12-month Pass”) is only available for subscription via the Now TV Website. Max 12-month Pass is an Upfront Charges Pass of the Max (Standard)*/ Max (Ultimate)* under Now TV services.  The annual upfront subscription fees of Max 12-month Pass are (i) HK$780 (with Max (Standard)-stream on 2 devices at once)* or (ii) HK$980 (with Max (Ultimate) – stream on 4 devices at once)* There will be no refund for any subscription fees paid. Important Note: under the Max 12-month Pass, content and services of Max (Standard)* or Max (Ultimate)* can only be enjoyed on Max App only and not through the Now TV App or Now TV Website. If you do not submit a termination request at least 48 hours before the expiry of your subscription(s) to the Max 12-month Pass, we will renew your subscription(s) accordingly and charge you the applicable upfront charges for the Max 12-month Pass at the prevailing upfront charges rate published from time to time on our Now TV Website .The Max 12-month Pass cannot be returned, refunded, resold, transferred, exchanged for cash and/or other gifts. Now TV Services Additional Terms & Conditions

Upon subscription to any service plans under Now TV services with Western Signature Pack and Max (Standard)*/ Max (Ultimate)* as mentioned in items 1, 2, 3, 4 above, Now TV will send a SMS notification about Max service redemption to the customer’s registered mobile number on the relevant service plan effective date. To activate Max service, the customer is required to complete the activation process by entering the required information at Max website through the designated activation link provided by Now TV. Customers may follow the instructions via SMS; customers may also complete the activation process on http://www.nowtv.now.com/nowtv-max. The commitment period, the relevant validity period such pack/plan or the subscription period (as the case may be) of the relevant service plans will commence on the date on which the SMS is sent out, whether the customer has activated the Max service or not.

Subscription fees of the service plans under items 1, 2, 3, 4 above do not include Now TV Set-Top Box HD/4K connection and Now TV Set-Top Box rental services and the relevant fees. Please note that Now TV Set-Top Box services are not applicable to service plans under item 2above. Service plans (without a Set-Top-Box) are not applicable to a Now TV customer with a Now ID has registered and connected with a Now TV Set-Top Box, and its content cannot be watched on a Now TV Set-Top Box under the relevant subscription.

The above item 1 cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

Any termination of your subscription to a service plan with Now TV Western Signature Pack, will also terminate your relevant entitlement to Max services under such a service plan.

Now TV customers may enjoy Now TV services through a Now TV Set-Top Box (if applicable), Now TV app (including Now TV App on mobile or Smart TV) and Now TV Website. A customer must provide an email address or mobile number for the purposes of creating and/or logging into the customer’s Now ID account in order to watch Now TV program content. All program content and matches are subject to cancellation and/or suspension by the rights holders and/or event organizers. Dates and times of all program content, matches and events may be subject to change from time to time. For all services plan and offer details, please inquire with Now TV sales representatives. Now TV Limited reserves the right to change or terminate the offers and/or the relevant service plans under items 1, 2 above and amend all related terms and conditions at any time without further notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of Now TV Limited shall be final.

For the terms and conditions of Max, please refer to the Max website https://www.max.com/hk/en. Max content and features may differ when accessed via Now TV set top box and Now TV app due to technical device limitations. Max content is not available on Hauwei devices.

In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

*Service plans with Max (Standard) allows customers to watch content via Max App on two (2) supported devices at a time in up to Full HD quality. 2. Login with your Now ID account  

3. Click “Activate Max account” button

4. Input related information according to Max App / Website instructions to proceed with the Max account activation process.
