Terms and Conditions of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Event Pass (these "Terms and Conditions")

1. The “FIFA World Cup 2026™ Event Pass” (“Event Pass”) is a service provided by Now TV Limited (the “Company”) on the Now TV services.
2. Standard price (HK$980):New or existing Now TV customers (without a Now TV Set-Top Box) may subscribe to the Event Pass through the Now TV website (https://www.nowtv.now.com/) ("Now TV Website").
3. The Offers:

   (A) Early bird offer (HK$380): Eligible Customers who meet the relevant conditions listed in clause 4 below can enjoy an early bird offer to subscribe to the Event Pass at HK$380 through the designated sales channels of the relevant service on or before 24 April 2026 (“Early Bird Offer”);

   (B) Offer 1 (HK$880): Certain designated csl/1O1O/ Club Sim Postpaid/ Netvigator/ HKT Home Phone/ Now TV customers/ Any person who purchases designated products through designated sales channels (“Eligible Customers”) can enjoy a special offer to subscribe to the Event Pass at HK$880 through the designated sales channels (including but not limited to the Now TV portal on a Now TV Set-Top Box) on or before 20 July 2026 (“Offer 1”).;

   (C) Offer 2 (Monthly instalment options: (i) HK$38 x 24 months, or (ii) HK$28 x 36 months): Eligible Customers can enjoy a special offer to purchase an Event Pass with deferred monthly instalment options: (i) at HK$38 per month over the 24-month period (total fixed amount: HK$912); or (ii)  at HK$28 per month over the 36-month period (total fixed amount: HK$1,008) through the designated sales channels on or before 20 July 2026 (“Offer 2”). For the avoidance of doubt, the total fixed amounts are interest-free. If you (a) wish to fully pay the remaining balance of the Event Pass before the expiry of the designated instalment period, or (b) are no longer an eligible csl/1O1O/ Club Sim Postpaid/ Netvigator/ HKT Home Phone/ Now TV customer (as determined by us) before the expiry of the designated instalment period, you must pay us a lump sum equivalent to the total monthly instalment fees for the remaining months of the designated instalment period; 

   (D) Offer 3 (1,500 Clubpoints+HK$580): Eligible Customers can enjoy a special offer to subscribe to the Event Pass at 1,500 Clubpoints+HK$580 through the designated sales channels (including but not limited to the Now TV portal on a Now TV Set-Top Box) on or before 20 July 2026 (“Offer 3”);

   (E) Offer 4 (HK$580): Eligible Customers who meet the relevant conditions listed in clause 4 below can enjoy a special offer to subscribe to the Event Pass at HK$580 through the designated sales channels of the relevant service from 25 April 2026 to 20 July 2026 (“Offer 4”); and

   (F) Offer 5 (1,000 Clubpoints+HK$380): Eligible Customers who meet the relevant conditions listed in clause 4 below can enjoy a special offer to subscribe to the Event Pass at 1,000 Clubpoints+HK$380 through the designated sales channels of the relevant service from 25 April 2026 to 20 July 2026 (“Offer 5”).

   Early Bird Offer, Offer 1, Offer 2, Offer 3, Offer 4 and Offer 5 are collectively, the “Offers”. Please contact our sales staff for information.

4. In order to enjoy the Early Bird Offer, Offer 4 and Offer 5, Eligible Customers must meet one of the relevant conditions below:
   1. Customers of csl, 1O1O, Club Sim Postpaid, Netvigator, HKT Home Phone or Now TV who newly subscribe to any designated service plan or value-added service (if applicable) of HK$98/month or above of csl, 1O1O, Club Sim Postpaid, Netvigator, HKT Home Phone or Now TV service, with a 24-month or 36-month commitment period;
   2. Designated existing customers of csl, 1O1O, Club Sim Postpaid, Netvigator, HKT Home Phone or Now TV service who upgrade or add-on to their existing service or subscription plans, which results in at least HK$38/month increase of relevant service or subscription fees, with a new 24-month or 36-month commitment period; or
   3. Designated existing customers of csl, 1O1O, Club Sim Postpaid, Netvigator, HKT Home Phone or Now TV who renew certain designated service or subscription plans for a 24-month or 36-month commitment period, at a monthly service or subscription fees no lower than the relevant service or subscription fees for their existing service plan.
5. The subscription fees and charges of the Event Pass stated in clauses 2 and 3 do not include any installation charges, the HD/4K Connection Service or Now TV Set-Top box rental services.
6. The Event Pass permits a customer to watch featured live matches of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ and featured re-runs (“FIFA World Cup 2026™”) from 12 June 2026 to 31 July 2026 (Hong Kong time) via the Now TV services.
7. Featured live matches of the FIFA World Cup 2026 will be broadcast on Now TV Channel 616, Channel 617, Channel 618 and/or Channel 619 and the on-demand replays are planned to be available within 24 hours of the respective live events and valid until 23:59:59 on 31 July 2026.
8. The Event Pass is valid from its activation until 23:59:59 on 31 July 2026. The Event Pass will be effective immediately upon successful (i) subscription; (ii) redemption of activation code and if required, after the completion of installation of a Now TV Set-Top Box, whichever is later.
9. Now TV is an exclusive Hong Kong pay TV live broadcaster of FIFA World Cup 2026™, featuring all 104 live matches in HD and 4K. With the highest number of matches in the tournament history, the tournament will take place from 12 June 2026 to 20 July 2026 (Hong Kong time). All programmes, content and matches are subject to cancellation and/or suspension by the rights holders and/or event organisers. The dates and times of all aforementioned matches, sporting events and programmes may be subject to change from time to time, please refer to official announcements by the rights holders and event organisers for the latest information. Please note that Now TV Limited cannot guarantee the continued availability of the matches, content, channels, program and/or services on the Now TV services for the entire duration of your subscription; the channel line-up and programming on the Now TV services, and hours of broadcast of any channel or program are subject to change from time to time. Now TV Limited shall not be liable for any failure, unavailability or delay in the broadcast, of any matches, content, channels and/or program.
10. If a customer newly subscribes to Now TV services and opts to rent a Now TV Set-Top Box (with SD/HD/4K Connection) (the “Set-Top Box”), such a customer must subscribe to one of the available Now TV service plans with 24-month or 36-month commitment period and also pay a monthly rental fee of HK$38 over the commitment period, and an installation fee of HK$980 may also be applicable. The HD/4K Connection Service is subject to the Upgrade to HD/4K Terms & Conditions available at https://www.nowtv.now.com/terms-and-conditions/.
11. Those Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
12. Depending on the sale channel through which customer subscribe to the Event Pass, the subscription fees of the Event Pass will be charged accordingly:
    1. for a customer who subscribes to the Event Pass through the Now TV Website, it is required to pay the relevant upfront charges by credit card at the time of subscription;
    2. for a customer who subscribes to the Event Pass through the Now TV portal on the Set Top Box, the subscription fees and/or charges for the Event Pass will be billed through applicable Now TV invoice; or
    3. for a customer who subscribes to the Event Pass through csl, 1O1O, Club Sim Postpaid, Netvigator, HKT Home Phone or Now TV sales channel, the subscription fees and/or charges for the Event Pass will be billed through the applicable csl, 1O1O, Club Sim Postpaid, Netvigator, HKT Home Phone or Now TV invoice, as applicable.
13. Once purchased, subscribed, or otherwise used, there will be no refund or change for any Event Pass or any other Now TV packs/service plans.
14. Please note that Now TV Set-Top Box services are not applicable to Now TV customers (without a Now TV Set-Top Box). Service plans (without a Now TV Set-Top Box) or service plans not applicable to Now TV Set-Top Box services cannot be used by a Now TV customer with a Now ID who has registered and connected with a Now TV Set-Top Box, and the content under such subscription cannot be watched via a Now TV Set-Top Box.
15. To access the Now TV services and the Event Pass by using the Now apps (Now TV app on compatible mobile devices and/or specific smart televisions) and the Now TV Website on compatible computer operating systems, browsers and applications, you must have a Now ID. Customer may create a Now ID by providing a Hong Kong mobile number and by following the instructions on the Now TV App or the Now TV Website. For customer who are subscribing the Event Pass through the Now TV Website, and (a) such customer has an existing Now ID and wants to use the Event Pass with that Now ID, the customer must log-in to his or her Now TV account with that Now ID prior to subscribing to the Event Pass with the code; or (b) such customer has a mobile number registered for Netvigator, HKT Home Phone, csl, 1O1O and/or Club Sim services and wants to use the Event Pass with a Now ID registered under that mobile number, the customer must create or otherwise log-in to his/her Now ID using that mobile number before redeeming the Event Pass. Both cases are subject to the restrictions stated in clause 16 below.
16. The Event Pass may only be used in Hong Kong S.A.R. and for private purposes. It is strictly prohibited to and a material violation of these terms and conditions if any person accesses, uses or watches the content of the Event Pass outside Hong Kong S.A.R. or for non-private/commercial purposes.
17. The Event Pass and the Now TV service, respectively, are subject to additional terms and conditions. Please refer to the these Terms and Conditions, Now TV Terms and Conditions, Now TV App/Website Terms and Conditions, Now TV Service Guide and Terms and Conditions of Now TV Contract/Application for details, and refer to https://www.nowtv.now.com/tnc/worldcup2026 and www.nowtv.now.com/terms-and-conditions and https://nowplayer.now.com/setting-sn-termsnconditions-npa. The Event Pass and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong S.A.R..
18. Now TV is provided by Now TV Limited and is available in designated areas only. Now TV is a registered trademark of the HKT Group. Now TV Limited reserves the right to cancel the Event Pass and amend these Terms and Conditions, the Now TV Terms and Conditions, Now TV App/ Website Terms and Conditions, Now TV Service Guide and Terms and Conditions of Now TV Contract/Application at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Now TV Limited shall be final.
19. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
