1. The Offer is valid from 24 April 2025 to 18 May 2025, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
2. To enjoy the Offer, you must be a new customer of Now TV who subscribe to designated 3-pack Soccer Combo & Western Signature Pack (with Set-Top Box) (with Set-Top Box)(the “Combo”) at HK$298/month with 36-month commitment period (the “Designated Plan”) during the Promotion Period can get one (1) set of “Defining Education Challenge Cup – Hong Kong, China vs Manchester United” ticket. Each set comprises two (2) tickets of HK$1,190 tickets including $100 service charge per ticket (total value at HK$2,580). Customer must activate or complete installation of Now TV services on or before 18 May 2025 to be eligible to the Offer.
3. There will be no selection of tickets to be distributed. Customers are not allowed to select the seat of the tickets.
4. After the subscription and installation of Combo is confirmed, customers will receive a redemption notification SMS on or before 23 May 2025 with details of redemption period, location and terms and conditions. Customers must collect the tickets in person by presenting the redemption notification SMS and HKID Card at the designated redemption location during the redemption period. The tickets will be deemed forfeited if customers failed to collect the tickets during the redemption period and according to the terms and conditions stated in the redemption notification SMS. No refunds nor service cancellations shall be arranged.
5. This Offer is subject to availability while stocks last. The Offer quota is 200 sets (two aforementioned tickets per set) for all eligible customers of services provided by Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited, CSL Mobile Limited, and Now TV Limited.
6. Unless otherwise stated, this Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offer, and are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.
7. Upon expiry of the 36-month commitment period, we shall continue to provide the Now TV services that you have subscribed to under the Offer (“Services”) to you on a monthly basis at the same price on a monthly basis until you unsubscribe the Services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
8. The organiser of this event is ProEvents (“Organiser”). The Organiser reserves the right to change any aspect (including but not limited to the content) of this event without providing ticket refunds or exchanges. The Organiser has the right to change or postpone the Event date, cancel the Event, rearrange or reduce number of seats at any time, and neither Now TV nor the Organiser shall assume any responsibility for any expectation, inconvenience, loss, or damages incurred by individuals in such a case. In the event of dispute, decisions made by the Organiser shall be final and binding. Now TV Limited (“Now TV”) is not the provider of the event and ticket. Now TV makes no representation or guarantee to any aspect of the event and ticket, and make no responsibility and liability for any matters in relation to the event and ticket.

10. The Combo includes Soccer Pack, MUTV, Now Sports Premier League TV and Western Signature Pack (Max Standard)(stream on 2 devices at once). Now TV will send a SMS notification about Max service redemption to the customer’s registered mobile number on the relevant service plan effective date. To activate Max service, the customer is required to complete the activation process by entering the required information at Max website through the designated activation link provided by Now TV. Certain content of Max on demand service under the Now TV Western Signature Pack (Max Standard) service plan is available on Max App only. Max content is not available on Huawei devices. 11. If you terminate this service plan before the expiry of the designated commitment period, you must pay us an early termination fee, which is the total monthly fees for the remaining months of the designated commitment period.
12. The charge for this Service Plan is inclusive of installation charges (List price: $980) and/or Now TV Set-Top Box Rental service fee (with SD/HD/4K connection)(List price: $38/month) during the commitment period.
13. All program content and matches are subject to cancellation and/or suspension by the rights holders and/or event organizers. Dates and times of all program content, matches and events may be subject to change from time to time. For all services plan and Offer details, please inquire with Now TV sales representatives.
14. Your use the Now TV services is subject to your acceptance of the relevant terms and conditions. 16. Now TV reserves the right to vary or cancel this Offer and/or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
17. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail. In the event of dispute, decisions made by Now TV will be final and binding.
