  • Service coverage is available only for iPhone and its original included accessories that are defective in materials or workmanship or for batteries that retain less than 80% of their original capacity.
  • Coverage begins on your AppleCare+ purchase date. AppleCare+ for iPhone provides coverage for unlimited incidents of accidental damage from handling. Each incident is subject to a service fee of HK$228 for a screen replacement or back glass damage, or HK$788 for other accidental damage. The fee for back glass damage service fee is only available for iPhone 12, iPhone 13, iPhone 14, and iPhone 16 models.

  • Same-day service availability and options may vary by region and iPhone model. For international service, Apple may repair or replace your iPhone and iPhone parts with a comparable iPhone model or parts that comply with local standards. Get AppleCare+ benefits are separate from and in addition to the Apple Limited Warranty and any legal rights provided by consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Purchase of the plan is not required to purchase iPhone.

In Hong Kong, Apple Asia Limited (“Apple”) is the obligor in relation to all obligations under this Plan apart from the Accidental Damage from Handling coverage. For the Accidental Damage from Handling coverage, AIG Insurance Hong Kong Limited (AIG HK) is the insurer under this Plan pursuant to a master agreement between Apple and AIG HK, under which such coverage is included as part of the Plan. Apple purchases this coverage from AIG HK as counterparty to the master agreement.
