Why does the mini guide appear every time when switching channels? Can I disable this function?

In order to let customers know more about the program details, the mini-guide will show up when channels are switched. If you wish to disable this function, please turn it off on Settings > Mini Guide Setting.

Netflix is an American multinational provider of on-demand Internet streaming media.

Through what device I can watch Netflix content?

You can enjoy Netflix content via Now One, 6950 or via smartphone, tablet or computer with internet or WiFi access.

I can stream Netflix in 4K via the native app on my TV, but why not from Now One?

In order to watch Netflix 4K videos via Now One, your TV needs an HDMI 2.0 port and must support HDCP 2.2. Alternatively, you can stream Netflix via the TV app through direct Internet access.

How to access Netflix via Now One & 6950?

You could access Netflix via Ch 535, TV Guide or On Demand >Apps section.

I am browsing the Netflix app, how to exit the Netflix app and back to Now TV page?

You can press the short-cut keys (TV Guide, My Now, On Demand & the Home keys) to exit Netflix app and direct to Now TV page.

Can I download any content from Netflix?

Sorry, you cannot. Currently, Netflix provides a streaming service. All movies and TV show episodes from Netflix are streaming over the Internet, not being downloaded, so you must be connected to the Internet throughout to watch content.

Can I record a Netflix/On-Demand program?
