When installing Now One, please notice:

1. Install the Now One set top box (STB) in an area offering abundant ventilation.

2. Do not install in a humid or dusty area, and avoid installing near heating devices.

3. Keep flammable substances or sprays away from the STB.

4. Do not place objects on the STB.

5. Do not cover the top in any way.

6. Pull out the power plug during thunderstorms, or when not used for prolonged periods.

7. If the STB makes an unusual noise, smells, or emits smoke, pull out the power plug immediately and call our customer service number.

FAQ

Do I need a line served by high-speed broadband (PON) to use Now One?

You can enjoy most Now One features except 4K UHD video quality and concurrent recording of two IPTV programs if the bandwidth provided by your Now TV line is more than 8M.

Do I need a 4K TV to use with Now One?

No. Even if you use a standard HD TV, you can still enjoy all Now One features, except 4K UHD video quality.

Will Now One's Android OS run and install firmware upgrades automatically?

Yes. Now One supports automatic firmware upgrades. Some Apps updates may be included. You will receive confirmation with each upgrade.
