Step 1 of 3

Switch off the decoder by pressing the power button, then pull the power adaptor from the power socket.

Step 2 of 3

Press down the plastic clip on the top of the Ethernet cable (1) and unplug it. Then, remove the antenna (2) (if any) or the HDMI cable (3) or the AV cords (4) (yellow, white and red) and the power adaptor (5) (black) at the back of the decoder. The wires will be re-connected to the new decoder, so you are advised to leave them in situ.
