Now TV activation code and Now TV services Terms and Conditions:

1. A customer can use a Now TV activation code (“Code”) to redeem a corresponding pass for designated Content of Now TV services (“Pass”) (for example an Event Pass for a sports tournament) through the Now TV website (https://s.nowtv.hk/redeem-code).

2. Now TV 3-Pack Soccer Combo (Premier League & LALIGA EA SPORTS) 12-month Pass (Without Set-Top Box) and its corresponding activation code, respectively, will expire on 23:59:59, 30 June 2025. The relevant channels of the Now TV 3-pack Soccer Combo (Premier League & LALIGA EA SPORTS) 12-month Pass (Without Set-Top Box) will be available for viewing upon successful redemption of the Now TV 3-Pack Soccer Combo (Premier League & LALIGA EA SPORTS) 12-month Pass (Without Set-Top Box) Activation Code (as applicable). The Now TV 3-Pack Soccer Combo (Premier League & LALIGA EA SPORTS) 12-month Pass (Without Set-Top Box) is valid for 30 days after activation.

3. The Codes and the Passes, respectively, are not applicable to Now TV with Set-Top Box customers.

4. Each Code can only be used once. Now TV not be liable for invalidation or loss of any Code; and/or any delay or failure to broadcast any matches.

5. Now TV will broadcast all Premier League matches in Hong Kong exclusively on pay TV for the seasons of 2024/2025. Designated matches will be delivered in 4K per season. Now TV will also broadcast LALIGA EA SPORTS matches in Hong Kong on pay TV for two seasons, from 2024/2025 to 2025/2026. Please note that Now TV cannot guarantee live broadcast of all matches of each LaLiga season.

6. All matches are subject to cancellation and/or suspension by the organiser. Dates and times of all matches and events may be subject to change from time to time, so please refer to official announcements by the organiser for the latest information. Please note Now TV cannot guarantee the continued availability of the channels, programme and services on the Now TV services for the entire duration of your Event Pass subscription; and it shall not be liable for any unavailability or delay in the broadcast, of any matches and/or programming.

7. Once purchased, subscribed, redeemed, or otherwise used, there will be no refund or change for any Pass or any other Now TV packs/service plans.

8. To access the Now TV services and the Pass by using the Now TV App/ Website, you must have a Now ID. Customer may create a Now ID by providing a Hong Kong mobile number and by following the instructions on the Now Apps or the Now TV Website. If a customer has an existing Now ID and would like to use the Pass under the existing Now ID, such a customer must log-in with the existing Now ID prior to redeeming a Pass by using a Code. If a customer has a mobile number registered for Netvigator, csl, 1O1O and/or Club Sim services and would like to use the Pass under the same mobile number, you must create or otherwise log-in to your Now ID using the same a mobile number that registered for such services.

9. The Pass may only be used in Hong Kong S.A.R. and for private purposes. It is strictly prohibited to and a material violation of these terms and conditions if any person accesses, uses or watches the content of the Pass outside Hong Kong S.A.R. or for non-private/commercial purposes.

10. The Code and Pass, respectively, are not applicable to existing customer who already subscribed Now TV Soccer Pack or Super Sports Pack Plus or 3-pack Soccer Combo.

11. Any Code and any Pass, respectively, cannot be exchanged for cash, returned, or resold, and will not be replaced if damaged.

12. The Pass and the Now TV service, respectively, are subject to additional terms and conditions. Please refer to the Now TV Terms and Conditions, Now TV App/ Website Terms and Conditions and Now TV Service Guide. The Pass and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong S.A.R.

13. Now TV is a registered trademark of the HKT Group. PCCW reserves the right to cancel the Pass and amend these Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions of the Pass, the Now TV Terms and Conditions and Now TV Service Guide at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Now TV shall be final.
