Change/Forget my Service PIN

You can change/reset your Service PIN via your set top box. Please follow these steps:

Step 1
Press “Home” button

Step 2
Select “Settings” and press “OK ” button

Step 3
Visit “My Setting” and select “Change PIN” on the left column

Step 4
Enter your existing PIN and the new PIN, then press “Confirm Change”
or
Select “Forgot PIN”, then you can reset your PIN by following the instructions
