If you want to terminate the relevant service early, you need to pay an early termination charge equivalent to the total monthly charges for the period from the date of termination to the expiry of the commitment period.

At the end of a customer’s subscription, the Snapask Pack will continue to be provided at the same monthly charges, on a month-to-month basis until the customer ends his/her subscription by giving PCCW Media Limited at least 30 days’ advance written notice. Please note that if a customer terminates his/her subscription within the commitment period, he/she must pay an early termination charge equivalent to the total monthly charges for the period from the date of termination to the expiry of the commitment period.
